Time to go Private

I have thought for some time about whether or not I should take my blog private. Recently it has become apparent that the timing is right to do so. Please let me know if you would like an invite to follow us still by leaving a comment to this post. I have so many fun pics to post, I can't wait!

  2. Hi Abby. I have followed your blog since day one, although we have never met. My husband knows Naki (either through Mike Day or through treating him as a chiropractor...I'm not sure). I have felt so inspired by your blog! You are amazing and your girlies are darling! I would love to follow your blog, but understand if you only want personal friends/family.

I have been following your blog for awhile now. I don't know you personally. I just know your sister and her husband (daines) family. I knew Steve from H.S. I too can understand if you only want close friends/family to follow. If you are alright with me to continue to follow I would feel very humbled. anglesey2@gmail.com

  17. Abby, You and your amazing and talented girls have been such an insperation to me. You'll never know how much your words and the music you've played have helped me through my own trial. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have a plack that reads.........
If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together..there is something you must always remember....you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think...but the most important thing is,even if we're apart...I'll always be with You.

I believe these words would be Naki's words to you.

    Merry Christmas take care, Vicki

  18. Hi Abby, My husband Joe worked with Naki at Keystone. I know we don't know each other well, but I would love to still follow. I have actually recommended your blog to other people because you have been so open and honest about your grieving process and your feelings. (I have a friend from college whose wife died of cancer and a neighbor whose husband just died of cancer also - definitely not what they planned for their lives!) Anyway, shauntellpartridge@gmail.com. I totally understand if you want to keep it to close friends though! Thanks, Shauntell

My cousin Heather is married to Frank Maile and I learned of your blog from hers. I have so appreciated this window into a world not many of us could possibly understand. It is so nice to see a blog about real feelings and not just the sugar coated stuff. I really feel like your words can help those not only suffering with the death of a loved one, but any sort of grief from a painful life experience. As you continue your education I would really love to see you write a book,I just know that you would be perfect for it. Thank you for your honest and inspiring words. God bless you and your sweet family.

Hi Abby, as many others, you don't know me. But somehow, through facebook I heard of your story when Naki passed and followed you for a long time. You were and continue to be so real. I'm not much of a blog follower and haven't kept up on yours now for some time but as I was going to bed this, your family came to mind. I came downstairs and googled your name. So glad that I did or I wouldn't have known that you intend to go private. If you will please include me on your list. 78. Hi again. I left a post yesterday, but wanted to add that I am the person who moved in with your family in Spring Mills, PA back in 1990. I had a little girl named Briane who was the same age as Liz and your mom was my "coach" when Chylei was born that June. I moved back to Florida and we lost touch after your family moved out west. I accidentally found this blog site and am excited to have found you again. I'd love to hear back from you and can be reached through facebook or with my email (llthomas32@earthlink.net). 85. I'd love to follow your blog. I love reading about you and your family. My kids go to school with the girls, but sadly they are all in different grades. (good at turkey trot time :P). And I love to see them riding their scooters and bikes around randomly. I've never said anything to them, and never would, as they won't remember me at all. But, as Erin said, I totally understand if you make it to the 100 invites without me.
